        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">President and concurrent agriculture secretary Marcos Jr&#8217;s rice price cap is now more clearly a mere show of action to try and stem growing discontent with soaring rice prices under his watch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A competent agriculture secretary is needed to stop food inflation from worsening.
