IBON will be delivering a political and economic assessment of the year 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The event will be on 13 and 14 January from 1 o&#8217;clock to 5 o&#8217;clock in the afternoon at the Balay Internasyunal of UP Diliman (formerly Balay Kalinaw).<\/p>\n<p>The first day will be for people&#8217;s organizations, non-government organizations, policy makers and other government officials, religious organizations, the business sector and other professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The second day will be for educators, students and other members of the academe.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a P150 registration fee for the Paper and snacks.
