The daily minimum wage in the National Capital Region (Php481), the highest in the country, is not even half of the family living wage of Php1,119. The gap between the minimum wage and the family living wage also continues to\u00a0widen. For instance, the\u00a0wage gap in 2016 (57%) is wider than that in 2015 (55%).<\/p>\n<p>Substantially increase wages. Just wages bring peace.
