(ALBASA) Annual General Assembly from May 18-20, 2016 at the SM Trade Hall of SM City, Cebu City. The 43rd ALBASA is themed “Challenges Facing Librarians and Libaries: What’s Now and What’s Next”. IBON will be at Booth #36.
